* Subscriber Billing: All alarm monitoring customers are billed one year in advance
Additional invoices sent quarterly or monthly: $2.00 each
* Alarm History Reports:
There is no charge for our customers to retrieve history reports off the internet, however, if you would like us to e-mail, fax or mail the report, the fee is as follows.
Weekly or Monthly Activity Report: $10.00 each, plus postage
* One time set up fee: $25.00
* Reconnect charge due to non-payment: $35.00
